How are fragile instruments packaged for safe transit?
Every instrument is carefully inspected and securely packed using heavy-duty bubble wrap, custom foam padding, and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Do you ship across India, and how long does it take?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Dispatch details and tracking links are provided within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I track my order once it is dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. For higher-value instruments, Bajaj Finance and other EMI options may also be available at checkout & on whatsapp/call.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Please reach out to our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that certain items, such as wind instruments, reeds, and strings, cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and wear-and-tear reasons.
